I am writing to commend your company on a job well done! With the many horror stories you see on the news about disreputable moving companies, one cannot help but be skeptical, especially when employing such a service for the first time.
After filling out a brief search questionnaire on the net, Richard was the first to contact me. Renae was at my house promptly the same day and gave my wife an estimate. How she came to 50 boxes is beyond me, after packing up 40 boxes with still 2 rooms to go I thought for sure it would be closer to 65-70. After 52 boxes everything was packed. Spot on!
The moving truck arrived promptly on pick-up day and packed within a few hours. The following day the truck arrived as scheduled, unloaded in a few hours, and everything was accounted for and in one piece.
I would like to say a special thanks to the boys in the trenches. Tony, Sheldon and Barry, the men doing all the heavy lifting. Their extreme care, courtesy, and professionalism in dealing with the customer is, in my eyes, what sets a company a step or two above the competition.
Again I would like to say thank you for helping make what can be a very stressful and difficult situation, go as smoothly as possible. I will highly recommend your company to anyone who may require a moving company.
